Users of our mild 5% CBD oil can still enjoy all the same benefits of the entourage effect as they would across our entire product range. At Dr. Hemp Me we only blend full-spectrum CBD oils because we want our customers to benefit from all the cannabinoids and terpenoids found in whole hemp plants.
When we mention the entourage effect we are referring to the process that happens when the hemp plants cannabinoids and terpenoids work together in synergy to boost potency, enhance absorption rate and allow for our bodies to enjoy the full therapeutic qualities of CBD oil. In all our full spectrum oils you will find over 100 different trace amounts of cannabinoids and terpenoids, including CBD, CBDs, CBG, CBN and CBC.

Understanding our CBD extraction process
The hemp plants used in our full-spectrum CBD oils are locally grown on our outdoor organic farms in both Ireland and the UK. Our entire CBD extraction and production process avoids the use of pesticides and fertilisers to promote clean, safe CBD for our customers, that is devoid of harmful chemicals.
In our extraction process, we make use of the entire hemp plant through a method that is known as supercritical CO2 Fluid Extraction (SCFE). Tried and tested, this popular extraction method ensures all our oils are pure and organic.
Our CBD certificate of analysis
To ensure our CBD is of the highest quality, all our products undergo independent lab testing and we are members of the European Industrial Hemp Association and the Cannabis Trades Association.
Our lab testing is carried out at Europe’s leading Hemp & Cannabinoid testing centre Eirlab and all our tests are updated with every new batch of CBD we produce.
Taking CDB oil
Our CBD has been blended to enjoy as part of your daily routine.
For new users of CBD oil, we recommend starting with 3-5 drops per day to allow your body to get used to its effects. However, if you are unsure about how much CBD to take, we would recommend using our CBD dosage calculator.
When taking CBD, use the dropper to place drops under your tongue and hold for up to 90 seconds before swallowing, allowing your body to enjoy the full benefits of our full-spectrum oil.

CBD oil is ideal to be enjoyed at any time throughout the day to suit your requirements. However, we recommend taking it in the morning for the best effect. The dosage also depends on the individual and we would recommend that anyone taking CBD for the first time use our easy to use dosage calculator.
If unopened our hemp oil products have a shelf life of 1 – 2 years. Once opened it should be used within 6 months.
All our food supplement CBD oils are designed for oral consumption only and are not suitable to use in a vape.
